solid stay, minor hiccups
central location attentive staff convenient breakfast clean room
the room was always freshened up during the day when i left. breakfast had enough of choice, i found it convenient. the location was very convenient for getting around central areas. staff was attentive, i found them helpful.
my room was very cold, and i couldn't turn up the heating from inside the room itself. that was a slight discomfort .

staff provided complimentary network adapter loans, a useful thing. they changed my room due to a previous misunderstanding, showing attention to my needs. generally, the staff seemed very helpful.

the smoking lounge was heated. the hotel had a lift, even if its for only one person, it's very useful. its decoration was very pleasing to the eye.
